FMV seeks dialogue with companies, research organisations and other stakeholders that wish to support the defence of Sweden and its allies. We regularly attend fairs, seminars and industry events where you can meet our representatives and learn more about our needs.
- Army – covers the land domain, including vehicles, weapons and protection, as well as indirect fire systems, air defense, sensors, night-vision equipment, and command support systems for land operations.
- Logistics – includes logistical support and management, personal equipment, field catering systems, materiel data, technical services, safety equipment and climbing gear, base and maintenance systems, as well as medical and healthcare systems.
- Air and space – includes combat aircraft systems, transport and special mission aircraft systems, helicopter systems, joint aviation materiel systems, and the space domain.
- Naval – includes submarines, vessels, diving equipment, as well as boats and maritime safety equipment.
- Command and Information – includes radios, mobile systems, cryptographic systems and telecommunications networks. It also includes information systems for command, battle management and data handling. Additionally, it covers sensors such as radar and surveillance systems, as well as supporting equipment like power supply (e.g., generators), cyber defense systems, and electronic warfare systems.
- Commercial – is responsible for commercial matters such as how FMV conducts procurement, strategic sourcing, and purchasing.

We welcome ideas and suggestions from companies. To assess the content properly we often need to discuss the matter internally and involve the appropriate expertise. This means that a reply may take some time, but we will get back to you as soon as possible – no later than six weeks after your submission.

Because we address both Swedish and foreign actors, the form is provided in English. You may, of course, fill it out in either English or Swedish.
